Troubleshooting GIF and Video Export
Most export issues come from browser format support, image size, memory limits, or destination app restrictions.

Video export is unavailable
Some browsers cannot encode the preferred video format. Switch to GIF, update your browser, or try another modern browser. If video export becomes available, it usually produces smoother and smaller files than GIF.
The GIF is too large
Use a smaller source image, reduce fine detail, choose a shorter loop destination, or use video export when available. Large high-detail images can make GIF files heavy even when the animation lasts only a few seconds.
Sharing fails on mobile
If the system share menu rejects a file, save it first and then attach it from the destination app. Some mobile browsers limit the size or type of files that can be sent through native sharing.
